2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email us at Shop@runwayperformanceparts.com. We will provide a return shipping label once your request has been approved.
2.1 Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We will notify you of the exact cost when we provide the label.
3. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Fluids (such as oils, lubricants, or other liquid products)
- Custom-made items created per customer request
- Hygienic items (such as items that require sanitary packaging)

- The Right of Complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse or negligence.
- If the complaint is valid, we will cover the costs of repair or replacement.
